Apple Snaps

Ingredients And Procedures

1 pk Sugar-free gelatin; any

-flavor (4 serving size box) 3/4 c -water; boiling

1 3/4 c Applesauce; unsweetened but

-well chilled 1/4 ts Cinnamon

Mint Apple;sliced thin Cinnamon sticks Prepare gelatin as usual using the applesauce instead of cold water. Chill. Garnish with a mint sprig, thin slices of apple and a small cinnamon stick.
