Jerk Sauce


1 tb Allspice
1 1/2 ts Cayenne
1 1/2 ts Rubbed sage
3/4 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Garlic powder
1/4 c Oil
3/4 c White vinegar
Juice of one lime 1 c Green onions, chopped
1 tb Thyme
1 1/2 ts Fresh-grnd black pepper
3/4 ts Nutmeg
2 tb Salt
1 tb Sugar
1/4 c Soy sauce
Juice of one orange 1 Hot pepper, seeded &
