Lettuce Soup Recipe - African cuisine

This is a delicious sauce made with lettuce leaves and serve with rice Ingredients 500g lettuce, clean and cut finely 300g meat, cut into cubes 1 fish 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 onion, sliced 1 chicken seasoning (or Maggi) salt, chili (optinal) water Directions: Clean the leaves, cut them and boil for 15 to 20mn (reserve). In another pan, put the meat and the fish, then boil for 10mn ( reserve). Heat the oil and fry the pre-boiled meat , then add the onion and the seasoning ( Maggi). Next add the reserve water on the meat. Next remove the bones in the fish and reserve. Then add the peanut butter on the meat with some water and cook for 5mn . Next add the pre-boiled leaves with 1 cup of water on the pan and cook the whole for 10mn ( till the sauce is sticky). To finish add the fish with some salt and chili (optinal). Serve with rice an enjoy.
